Four apps, four subscriptions,
one very cluttered phone.
That's the problem VITALi was built to solve — and the reason it's built the way it is.
Why VITALi exists
If you care about your health and you like data, you end up with a calorie app, a gym logger, a sleep tracker, and something for habits. Four apps. Four subscriptions. Four different ideas of what a "good day" looks like — and not one of them can tell you that you sleep better on the days you train, because none of them can see the others.
VITALi is the app that can. Everything lives in one place, so your data can finally talk to itself: one score for your day, patterns across your own logs, coaching that knows what you actually did.
VITALi started as a personal frustration with exactly that setup. The trackers on the market were each good at their own slice and blind to everything else, and the ones that did try to cover everything felt like spreadsheets. The bet behind this app is that you can have the full picture and a calm interface — and that once the data is in one place, an assistant can finally do something useful with it.
What we believe
Your data is yours
Local-first isn't a marketing angle, it's the architecture. Your logs live on your device by default. Coaching, scores and predictions are computed there too. Cloud sync exists because syncing across your own phones is useful — not because we want a copy.
Calm beats loud
Health apps love to shout — streak guilt, red rings, notifications engineered to nag. VITALi is warm and quiet. Small wins add up; we just make them visible. You should be able to close the app feeling better than when you opened it.
Free should mean free
The free plan is real: nutrition, water, workouts, steps, sleep, weight and cycle, blood pressure and symptoms, the daily score, backup and export — no card, no ads, not a trial. Paid plans add trackers, deeper insights and the AI for people who want them. Logging your own body should never have a paywall in front of it.
Say what's true
The coach is on-device personalization, not an AI chatbot — so we don't call it one. Health sync isn't live yet, so it sits on a "coming soon" list instead of a feature list. There are no invented testimonials on this site. You can check the roadmap.
Built by
VITALi is made by a small independent team, built with React Native and Expo — which is why it feels at home on both iOS and Android rather than being a port of one to the other.
It's a small operation, which has a real upside for you: there's no growth team optimising your attention, no investor demanding engagement metrics, and no reason to sell your data. The business model is simply people paying for software they like.
